All I can say is… That’s my Dad. Clearly reaching for a can of lighter fluid. After he got it, they probably let him bite on it while they all got in their car, didn’t put on their seatbelts, drove home and gave him some metal toys with sharp edges to play with.
It’s amazing that any kids ever survived the 50’s.
