Do you ever have one of those days? I think that I am having one of those days. Any day that begins at 2am with a nasty stomach ache qualifies as one of those days.

I generally don’t like to show up at work sleep deprived and gassy. Sometimes, it can’t be helped. I’m taking Thursday and Friday off for my cousin’s wedding. And I’m in the middle of transitioning into a new position at work. Things are a bit busy. It would be rather poor form to stay home because I’m tired and can’t stop farting (was that TMI? I’m guessing yes, yes it was). So, I sucked it up and took the bus in. I made myself some herbal tea to calm things down a bit.

Yeah, I spilled my tea all over my left boob. It now looks like I’ve been lactating chocolate milk. I don’t have anything to change into.

This day officially sucks and I would like to ask for a do-over.

Grumble. Grumble. Grumble grumble grumble.

I’ll post later with the hilarious story about how I am unable to drive my own vehicle. It involves tears, honking and a lot of red lights. It’s hilarious, I promise.

I feel ya. I am back from a week of vacation, and my to-do list just keeps getting longer and longer. I’d like to shut my office door and hide from the world. The whole plan of coming back from vacation well rested and refreshed is completely screwed.

What’s going on with the new position at work?

I come to you via kristi’s blog.

When I was 25 an ex tried to teach me how to drive a stick. Needless to say I haven’t tried since because I still have nightmares of that day.

    Hang in there.
