Dancing

In all of my whining yesterday, I might have maybe forgotten to mention that I am taking this coming Friday and Monday off. Did I mention that? I don’t think I mentioned that. So, I guess that you could probably cancel my call for a waaaaaambulance, because I have a nice short week and then a long weekend to look forward to.

I’m flying down to DC to see my friend Jenn(ie). (I may call her Jennie, you must call her Jenn) I haven’t seen her in two years. Which kindof scares me a little, because it really doesn’t feel like it’s been that long. My life, it flies.

I’m super glad that I picked this weekend to make my trek down to our nation’s capitol, because Kristian will be spending the weekend at a bachelor party in Foxwoods. I have a feeling that my neurotic side might have shown itself if I was to spend my time around here. Hanging out around the house. Picturing him hanging out with strippers. It’s not that I don’t trust Kristian (I do! I’d trust him with my life), it’s that I don’t trust bachelor parties. Or that group of friends.

But, hey, he’s going to go to the Foxy Lady to see strippers dance around, but Jennie and I are going to the Kennedy Center (you know, that Kennedy Center) to see the ballet. We both get to see scantily clad women dance. His scantily clad women might have bigger boobs, but Jennie and I are going to get all dressed up. And we have a much lower risk of having someone puke all over us. I would say that we win.

  1. I say you win in the scantily clad women department. There’s a chance the strippers may be nasty and/or cracked out on something. But, you know ballet dancers are going to have good figures with good dancer butts.

  2. Ha! I’m so excited that you are coming to visit! Ballet and fun! And on top of that it’s supposed to be warm..er!
