Still Alive!

I appear to have dissapeared from the internets for a good week and a half.

Whoopsies.

And I’m not sure if anybody noticed.

Double whoopsies!

Apparently this whole “getting married” thing is serious business. Especially when it’s your sister and you’re her Maid of Honor. And I was right in the thick of it. I’m not kidding when I say that this was one of the best weddings that I’ve ever been to. Beautiful, emotional and a shit load of fun. As my Dad put it, “You know it’s a good wedding when the officiant is down on the ground at the end of the night, shaking his entire body to Rock Lobster.”

Speaking of weddings, I won a custom portrait by Nan Lawson on a blog giveaway and I just got the final version from her. It’s so sweet! I have a sneaking suspicion that this is going to be our Save the Date.

(Sophie would never let Gracie’s tongue that close to her head, but we’ll pretend that she would).
