Christmas Pictures, Part I

I took a few pictures over Christmas. And by “a few pictures” I mean three 4gb compact flash cards worth. There were over 120 keepers. Either my family got more photogenic, I got better at this whole photography thing or I just took too many damn photos.

I’m gonna go with a heck of a lot of photos.

And one fiiiiiiine looking family.

Here are a few of my favorites:

My step-sister, Jess, surprised her Dad by driving 16 hours to be here for Christmas. You should have seen the look on his face when he saw her on Christmas Day. Tears were involved. Boo-yeah.

Gracie, much like me, enjoys squashing my sisters. Who doesn’t enjoy squashing my sisters? It’s a wholly rewarding past-time.

My sister, Allison, expressed an interest in being carried around Baby Björn Style. Eric (Jess’s partner) was more than happy to oblige. Apparently, Ruby is a little more difficult to carry around.

My nephew continues to be adorable. He has good genes. And six foot long eye-lashes.

And he sure does love his sister. Who is also adorable. Everyone says she looks like I did at that age. High praise, indeed!

We got a picture of four generations in one photo. Let’s just ignore the fact that Ruby is screaming, shall we? At least it’s the baby and not my grandmother.

I’ve got a bunch of photos. One hundred and twenty four of them, to be exact. Will post more of them later.
