… But I think I found my wedding dress!
It’s not super pouffy, but it’s a lot pouffier than I thought I wanted. It also has pickups, which I swore I would never do. It just looked so good on me. And it’s super funky, so it was very me. It has little funky flowers on it. It also has a train. Who thought I would want a train?!
I haven’t bought it yet, but I have a sneaking suspicion that I will be going back, credit card in hand, soon. Very, very soon.
If you are looking for a wedding dress in the Boston area, I can’t recommend Camilla’s Bridal enough. Not only did she find the perfect dress for me (seriously, my waist looked tiny), she was incredibly nice and there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. She encouraged us to take pictures (very helpful when you have sisters that live far away). And she assured me that it’s not being discontinued anytime soon, so I don’t have to go rushing back to buy it. She also helped me to figure out the best way to order it so I’ll pay the least amount of money in alterations. Seriously, who does that?
I haven’t decided if I want to post pictures or not. Kristian doesn’t read my blog, so that’s not much of a concern. But I’m also not sure if I want my dress to be a surprise when I actually wear it.
I guess that I can tell you that it’s a Maggie Sottero and that the style is Fiorenza. Most of the pictures online are red, but I’m going to get it in ivory. And I’m going to have the neckline modified to make it a sweetheart. It looks a lot funkier in person. The way I wear it, it’s super sassy. 😉

Do not post pictures. Seriously. It’s not important that we see pictures of your dress. The important thing is when we see you in it. Your sisters are different. They should see it. 🙂

I googled it too – LOVE! And we’re technically not seeing the dress by googling, because you’re right, all the ones online ARE red. hehe
