I put a foot on the top step, wiped out and slid all the way down to our front walkway. I believe that I bruised both my ass and my ego. PSA: It&#8217;s icy out there kiddies.<\/p>\n<p>I tried to set off for work a second time, managed to make it down the steps by walking and not by flopping and promptly slipped (caught myself this time!) on our front sidewalk. After that, Kristian insisted on driving me in to work.<\/p>\n<p>So, here I am, sitting on a butt that is getting more sore by the minute and wishing that I hadn&#8217;t ruined my muffin this morning when I dropped it as I was careening down our front stairs as a human toboggan.
