It’s Friday night and I’m baby-sitting. Baby-sitting! How did it come to this? Well, I know how it came to this. I love my Father and agreed to do a favor for him. He had something to do tonight. He needed someone to watch his kids for him. He knows that I am a loser and have no life. Seriously, you could look up the word “lame” in the dictionary and there would be a picture of me, sitting at home on a Friday night.<\/p>\n
There isn’t even a TV to watch or a freezer to raid for ice cream. Oh, the humanity.<\/p>\n
The best part is that most of the kids aren’t even here right now. They’re all out with their friends right now. I am officially less cool than a bunch of adolescents. This is a big moment for me. I’d like to thank the Academy and my cats. I always knew I could do it!<\/p>\n
Ok, so I might be exaggerating a little bit for comedic effect. Kristian is at a bar with some friends of ours right now, so I had options, but I figured that I’d be nice. We also went out last night to a kick ass holiday show to see the Weisstronauts<\/a>, The Farewells<\/a> and Frank Morey<\/a>.<\/p>\n I got a new book in the mail today and streaming music on my laptop.
