It’s pretty much a universal truth that, no matter the day and no matter the time, there will always be a Law and Order episode on TV. This is a great thing if you’re a bored and\/or hung-over college student with nothing better to do. It’s not such a great thing if you’re an adult with things to do like “laundry” and “house repairs” and “not getting fired your job.” Also, “not pissing off your fianc\u00e9 because he’s been doing all of the laundry and house repairs while you sat on the couch like a slug.”<\/p>\n
Not that I would know about any of this, mind you.<\/p>\n
Minor holidays like Columbus Day and the Day After Thanksgiving, it’s always easy to find a Law and Order episode. Why? Because there’s always a marathon on at least one cable network. Which is why I’ve made a sizable ass-groove in our couch today. Which is why I’ve gotten exactly zero things done today.<\/p>\n
I still think it’s better than getting up early and braving the Black Friday madness. You couldn’t pay me enough to be at the mall today.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
