I’ve been to New York City more times than I can remember. I know we went a few times when I was super little. And I’ve been visiting my sister, Melissa, ever since she moved there 20 or so years ago. And yet? I had never been to a Broadway play. It’s not that I have anything against them, I’ve just never gotten around to going to one. Plus, they’re freaking expensive.<\/p>\n
Well, I put it on my list<\/a> and this past summer I (finally!) found myself in the audience of Avenue Q<\/a>. Not exactly your typical Broadway fare, but completely and utterly delightful. Ok, by the time I got around to going, it was already Off-Broadway. But the songs were all the same and the puppets were just as dirty. I’m gonna go ahead and say good enough.
