In an effort to combat the effects of all of the mini mars bars that I’ve been eating, I’ve stuck more faithfully to the gym schedule that I allegedly follow. I also started lifting weights again. All I can say is… ouch. Seriously, ouch. Oh, and ouch some more. I wish that I could say something more funny and\/or interesting but all I can think is… ouch. There is nothing more boring than a girl lying on the couch complaining about how she can’t move her arms. Just be glad that you’re not Kristian… he has to listen to me whining in person.<\/p>\n
