Since then, I&#8217;ve met my (now) husband, bought a house, got married, and had a baby. And by baby, I mean that she&#8217;s now 13 years old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(And counting. I have a bad track record of updating my &#8220;About Me&#8221; page). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Somewhere along the way, I stopped posting. Mostly because life got too busy. But also because social media made micro-blogging so easy. But then, in 2025, we decided that we were going to throw caution to the wind and move to France. I wanted a way to share our adventures with the folks back home.
